Patient
The basis of a successful treatment is a trusting cooperation between doctor and patient. The patient is at the centre of attention. In the initial medical consultation you can describe your complaints in peace. If there are relevant preliminary findings, you should bring them with you. Together with you, we will determine the necessary diagnostics and discuss the results and the sensible consequences with you after all measures have been completed.
General Practitioner
As a rule, your family doctor will refer you to us with a specific request or order, which forms the basis for our specialist medical activity. Through direct communication in both directions (we are also directly accessible to your family doctor) we guarantee targeted diagnostics and therapy. All examination results are promptly communicated in a written report.
Medical Specialist
We also offer special examinations (e.g. 4D cardiovascular ultrasound examinations) as contract services to doctors who do not perform these examinations themselves.
Hospital / Clinical Center / University Hospital
Due to the physical proximity and personal contacts we maintain a close cooperation with the cardiology department of the University Hospital Basel (see heart catheters). For specific, complex problems in heart surgery (such as heart transplantation for patients with severe heart failure) or on request, other university hospitals are also our contacts.
Intracardiac Catheter
The Cardiology Department of the University Hospital Basel operates a state-of-the-art cardiac catheter laboratory. If indicated, we refer our patients to the University Hospital for cardiac catheterization and where they are treated immediately by dilatation and STENT implantation if necessary. Your cardiologist, who is already familiar with our practice, will personally accompany you through the procedure and continue to care for you afterwards.
Companies
For companies and businesses we offer various modules for health check-ups for employees (Manager Check-Up). These are carried out in a time-compressed form.
Patients from Foreign Countries
For patients from foreign countries we offer complete medical care by english, french and italian speaking doctors and staff, hotel-hosting coordination and coordination of further treatment and problem solving with any authorities.
